Emma takes new role as Leader of Docklands Sinfonia

Following her work with Docklands Sinfonia over the last couple of years and her work with Conductor of the orchestra, Spencer Down, Emma has been invited to take on the role of Leader of this exciting young orchestra as of January 2013. Emma's first concert as Leader will be on March 15th at St Anne's Church, Limehouse, London. Programme is Shostakovich - Cello Concerto No. 2 with soloist BBC Radio 3 New Generation Artist, Leonard Elschenbroich; Mussorgsky - Pictures at an Exhibition (orchestrated by Ravel); Copland - Fanfare for the Common Man.

    Good to see that Emma have new role now of the leader and i think this role suites her personality. I want her to her best as a leader and make progress in this field more and more.
