In a concert entitled "Great Britten" the Docklands Sinfonia, with Emma leading and Spencer Down at the helm, will be celebrating 100 years since the day of Benjamin Britten's birth. The concert will be held at St Anne's, Limehouse at 7.30pm on Friday 22nd November and will be accompanied by fantastic artist and children's author/illustrator, James Mayhew, who will be seen drawing during the pieces by Britten and auctioning off his finished works at the end of the concert to raise funds for the orchestra.
